We only Accept Returns and Exchanges of Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.

Discontinued, Sale, Perfectly Imperfect Items are not returnable. Any Opened or Used accessories or fabric products are not returnable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. This cost can be VERY high for large item packages. Cost of shipping large items can at times exceed the cost of the item.

We are not responsible for returns which are lost in the mail. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, being unused and sealed. Our baskets may become misshapen during transit. We have provided Reshaping instructions and videos on our website to walk you through that process. This is not considered to be a defect or damage and we will not return a product for this reason. Due to our baskets being made completely by hand, slight variations in the colors and weaving may occur.

Perfectly Imperfect items come with imperfections as noted on the product page. We will not return or exchange these items. Please read product descriptions before purchase.

We inspect and prepare every item that goes out. Please make sure your order is correct upon delivery.
