All orders are processed within one week, which is the time before your order is shipped. Delays might occur during promotions.

Once shipped, your package will take up to 7 days to arrive. 
 
We provide free shipping on many of our products! The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Some items may ship separately.

Potomac River Kids is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid address provided by the customer or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
